Terrazzo has been used since the Romans, as the most luxurious flooring alternative.

Terrazzo consists of marble, granite, onyx or glass chips set in place with either portland cement, acrylic modified cement or resinious matrix.

Our precast Terrazzo tiles offer the beauty, versatility and durability of traditional terrazzo flooring with the ease of conventional tile flooring.

Our concrete landscape pavers comes in 15 different patterns and exposed aggregate surface. Our 4" thick interlocking brick pavers, in six standard earth tones are the best choice for your exterior flooring landscaping applications.

Our standard tiles are made of all natural recycled materials set in cementicious binder. They are formed, placed, pressed, cured and ground. Ground, honed, buffed or polished finish choices are available.

Our precast Terrazzo tiles may be installed following the tile setting procedures of the Tile Council of America. Tiles are set up with a 3/16" to 1/4" joint and then grouted. Terrazzo does not need protection from wear. It needs protection from absorption and this is achieved through the use of a penetrating sealer which seals off the pores in the binder. Sealing and maintenance procedures must follow the floor care product manufacturer's instructions.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
An economic flooring finish material offering large savings in cost per square foot of floor area. Exterior Precast 2” Pavers offer unlimited possibilities for landscaping. Interior Precast Terrazzo Tiles is a sound alternative to Monolithic Pour Terrazzo. Exterior 4” interlocking pavers are excellent for driveways.
BASIC USES:
Interior floor finishing, interior counter tops, exterior floor finishing, exterior counter tops, driveways, walkways, landscaping and edging.
COMPOSITION AND MATERIALS:
Terrazzo is composed of ASTM C-150 Portland Cement, Aggregates meeting ASTM C-131, Color Pigments that are inorganic, Marble powder and Water. Setting materials are Latex-Portland Cement Mortar. Grouting material is also Latex-Portland Cement Grout. If needed Crack Isolation Membranes should be used. A Self Leveling Underlayment can also be used. Polishing and cleaning materials can be Water Emulsion Seal, Stone Maintenance System or Polysiloxane Seal.

FABRICATION:
Mechanically vibrated in the mold, Hydraulically pressed to 150 Bars. Water Cured at 60 F, Factory individual grinding, Shipped honed # 60 grit. Polishing to be done after installation on site.
